清炒花椰菜
材料-
花椰菜 1小棵
萝卜 1/3 条
虾 10尾
蒜米 适量
调味料-
盐、蚝油各少许
玉米粉勾芡
做法-
1)锅中水滚开后滴少许油,放进花椰菜和萝卜烫一下捞起备用。
2)蒜米爆香,放虾拌炒再倒入花椰菜和萝卜炒熟,加进调味料炒匀和少许玉米粉勾芡即可。
